To get password changing for MySQL accounts to work, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Download and install the MySQL Connector/Net MSI from http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net
2. Move the MySQL.Data.dll file from the installation directory (default is C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Connector Net 6.4.4\Assemblies\v2.0) into the bin directory of Secret Server
