First, access Password Reset Server using the URL that you want your clients to use. For example, if you want them to access PRS through https://myserver/PasswordResetServer, than navigate to that URL in your browser.
Next, log in to PRS as your local administrator account.
Then, navigate to CreateConfigurationFiles.aspx by entering that page in your navigation bar. For example, if your Password Reset Server URL is https://myserver/PasswordResetServer, you will want to navigate to
https://myserver/PasswordResetServer/CreateConfigurationFiles.aspx
Once you are on that page, click on the "Create Files" button. This will recreate your Windows Login Integration configuration files.
Next, uninstall PRS from your client machines, either by using add/remove programs for single computers or by removing it from group policy if you chose to install it in bulk.
Finally, download the new MSI by logging in to PRS as an admin, clicking on "Administration", then on "Windows Login Integration", and then on "Download Installer". Use this MSI to install PRS on your clients, and they will be pointing to the correct URL.
