The Launcher in Secret Server allows you to launch applications directly from Secret Server. Note that this capability only works on Windows clients since UNIX-based machines do not support launching executables from the web browser. The Launcher uses ClickOnce technology from Microsoft that is supported in Internet Explorer but requires add-ons to be installed in Firefox and Chrome.

Should automatically work as long as you are running Windows on the client and have the Microsoft .NET Framework installed.

Follow the installation steps for adding the plugin and then close all instances of Chrome. Reopen Chrome, sign in to Secret Server and try the web launcher.
Has been tested on: Google Chrome Version 15.0.874.121m and the ClickOnce for Google Chrome plugin.
Launcher in Safari/Opera/etc.
Unfortunately there is no support for ClickOnce technology in these browsers at this time.
