Excluding specific users (like service accounts)

You can exclude certain user accounts from your Password Reset Server.  This is useful so that service accounts, admin accounts and other non-end user accounts are not included in your system.

Administration->Users page, click "Want to Exclude Certain Users?" then "Edit".  You can then add users to exclude.
