To find the history for fields in Secret Server, click on View for a secret. Then, click on the Field History icon outlined in red below:
Field History by default is set to unlimited for all fields. This setting can be edited by editing the parent Secret Template for the secret you want to adjust. Click on Administration -> Secret Templates -> select the desired Secret Template in the drop down box and click Edit. Then, edit the Field Name in the associated Secret Template by unchecking All in the History column:
