This bug only exists in versions earlier than 5.0.
When trying to administer groups, Secret Server may throw a null reference error.
This is a known bug that happens because there are no active groups available. This bug is in the process of being fixed and should be taken care of in later releases of Secret Server.
To get around this, create an active group to assign users to, you should no longer see this error.
