Which countries are prohibited from purchase or use of Thycotic Software products?

The United States Department of the Treasury and the United States Bureau of Industry and Security sets standards and regulates exporting and importing of goods and services for American companies. 

The U.S. Government restricts or prohibits trade activities with various countries, organizations/companies, and certain individuals, making it illegal for Thycotic Software products to be sold and/or used in those countries or by those individuals or affiliated organizations. Restrictions on international trade vary, but the laws do impact and apply to Thycotic and any partner organization.

Due to current U.S. restrictive sanctions or sanctions, Thycotic Software products may not be sold and/or used in any of the following countries:
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • North Korea
  • Libya
  • Syria
  • Sudan
In addition, Thycotic Software products may not be sold and/or used by any of the individuals or affiliated organizations listed in the U.S. Government’s Consolidated Screening list found here regardless of the actual location of these individuals.

Please note: U.S. sanctions can change, and countries and individuals may be added or removed from these lists as U.S. trade policies change.
