Upgrading to 8.1.000011 or later sends an Event Subscription Alert for EncryptionHash changes

When upgrading from a version before 8.1.000011 to 8.1.000011 or later may cause some users to receive an Event Subscription indicating the EncryptionHash changed:

Event: [Configuration]
Action: [Edit]
By User: ThycoticSystem
Details: EncryptionHash: blank to abc123...def456;

This is sent to users that are set to receive an Event Subscription for Configuration Edit. During the Upgrade process, Secret Server makes an internal configuration change to account for HSM fixes in the 8.1.000011 release.

This is normal and should be expected when upgrading. This alert will only be sent once, not every time Secret Server is upgraded.
