You should review the Security Hardening Report under Administration in Secret Server. These are recommended guidelines to configure your Secret Server in the most secure manner. Some of these settings will be tradeoffs within your organization based on the convenience required for your administrators and the security policy of your organization.
You should also run the
Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer on your server and ensure that you are following industry standard hardening guidelines for Windows servers.
