To delete a folder that is synchronized with ConnectWise, follow these steps:
1. Temporarily disable ConnectWise synchronization by going to Administration | ConnectWise.
2. Delete the desired folder
3. Re enable ConnectWise synchronization
If the folder being deleted is a customer, and the customer has not been deleted in the ConnectWise database, the folder will be automatically created on the next synchronize.
