Troubleshooting Secret Export in Internet Explorer

When exporting secrets in Internet Explorer, the browser should prompt you with a download dialog for a CSV file. If no file download dialog appears, make sure that you have the "Automatic prompting for file downloads" security option enabled. To do this, click tools, then internet options, then the security tab, and then the zone that Secret Server exists on (Internet, Local intranet, or trusted sites). Finally, click "Custom level...", scroll down to the "Downloads" section, click the "Enable" box under "Automatic prompting for file downloads", and click OK.
