This message only appears when you have successfully logged in to Secret Server somewhere else more recently.
It is a security feature. For example: say you are logged in to Secret Server on your laptop and it gets stolen, all you need to do is login to Secret Server from anywhere else and the login session on the laptop is dead (they will get that same message and have to login again).
When you get this message, you can simply login in again to start a new session.
