Application Accounts are users within Secret Server that can be used solely with the Java Client/Console API. They do not use up a license.

Increasing timeout for a single page

Find the page (say "licenses.aspx") in your web.config file (located in the application folder for the application).
If there is no <location> node for your page then create a new one next to the others.
If there is a node for your page, then add the <system.web> section with the executionTimeout as below...
Your location tag should look like this:

<location path="licenses.aspx">
<system.web>
<httpRuntime executionTimeout="600" maxRequestLength="100240" />
</system.web>
</location>
The executionTimeout is measured in seconds. This will allow page requests to run for 10 minutes before timing out.
The maxRequestLength is measured in kilobytes. This needs to be a large value for pages that could have large amounts of form data.
